01. Applications are invited from reputed Manufacturers/Suppliers or their authorized agents, Authorized dealers, Service Providers and other business organizations who wish to register with Ceylon Petroleum Storage Terminals Ltd (CPSTL) for the provision of goods and services in 2026. 02. Registration documents are available as a Online Form on the CPSTL website (www.cpstl.lk). A non refundable registration fee of LKR 1,000 per main category applies. If registering multiple categories, the fee is LKR 1,000 per additional category.
03. The Closing Date for submission of applications is 25.02.2025.
04. The supplier registration fee must be paid online via the BOC Payment Gateway during submission of the registration form.
05. The Applicant shall be required to submit and upload, through the online registration system, the following mandatory documents as part of the supplier registration process:

Incomplete applications or late submissions will be rejected.

06. All registered suppliers must agree to provide a minimum one-month credit facility. Suppliers advance payment before delivery will not be considered for future tenders.
07. CPSTL generally calls quotations from the registered suppliers list but reserves the right to source quotations from any supplier if necessary.
08. Suppliers may be removed from the registration list if they fail to respond to two consecutive quotation requests or if their performance under previous contracts is deemed unsatisfactory.
09. Quotations shall generally be valid for a period of 30 days from the date of opening.
10. Applications received after 25th February 2026 will not be considered.
11. CPSTL reserves the right to reject applications if credentials are unsatisfactory, or cancel registrations for suppliers who fail to quote, execute orders, submit samples, or supply items according to approved specifications.
12. CPSTL reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing reasons.
